● Broadway burger: a 1/2 pound freshly ground burger from Pape Meat Co. served medium, shaved onions, pickle, aioli, toasted Acme bun, cheddar cheese, french fries.

BART A. CHARLOW
Bart is a versatile author, artist, and retired CEO whose colorful journey began in the carnival atmosphere of a Borscht Belt Catskills hotel family.
His lifelong creative pursuits span professional photography, painting, and writing, which include his regular weekly column "Bart on Art" for the San Mateo Daily Journal, alongside books like his memoir, A Catskill Carnival: My Borscht Belt Life Lived, Lost and Loved and its companion vignette collection, Pickle Barrel Tales. His debut novel, That Catskill Summer, a literary love story, was just published.
Beyond his artistic endeavors, Bart has established a deep professional legacy as an educator and Licensed Family Therapist, currently utilizing his academic background in anthropology and counseling to coach and mentor non-profit executives. A highly regarded speaker across TV, radio, and print media, his decades of dedicated community leadership have earned him a Jefferson Award and a distinguished recognition in the U.S. Congressional Record.
